ORDER
This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the charge sheet in CC.No.278 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur, Kancheepuram and quash the same.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.
3.The petitioner seeks to quash the final report in CC.No.278 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Sriperumbudur, Kancheepuram, for offences under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) IPC. On the complaint given by the petitioner, a case was registered by the police against the opposite party in Crime No.568 of 2014 and the investigation has been completed and a final report has been filed in CC.No.278 of 2014. Under such circumstances, this Court finds that there are sufficient materials to proceed against the petitioner by the trial Court, in the light of the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in State of Haryana v. Bhajan Lal reported in 1992 Supp (1) SCC 335. Hence, this petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
