Mr.D.Suriyanarayanan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. Mr.Kalyanaraman learned counsel for M/s.Aiyar & Dolia, takes notice for the third respondent.

2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider her application dated 11.11.2014, for granting loan under the scheme called "Self Employment Programme for Youth".

3. It is the claim of the petitioner that the second respondent through a proceedings dated 13.01.2016, has also made recommendation for grant of such loan.

4. Needless to say that it is for the third respondent Bank to consider and decide on the application filed by the petitioner, as this Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the third respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 11.11.2014, for grant of such loan and pass orders on the same, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Such exercise shall be done by the third respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
