Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to direct the third and fourth respondents to produce the detenue Syed Apudahir, aged about 32, S/o.Dawood Bacha from their illegal detention and custody of the above said respondents before this Court and restore the legal custody of the detenue. O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) This petition has been filed to produce the detenue Syed Apudahir from the illegal custody of the third and fourth respondents and restore the legal custody of the detenue.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has filed a memo informing that the alleged detenue has been arrested in connection with Crime No.4 of 2018 on the file of Ananthasagaram Police Station and produced before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Athmakur, Nellore District on 01.02.2018 and is now confined in Central Prison, Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. In the above circumstances, it is apparent that there is no illegal detention involved.
