comprised in Punjai barren Survey No.8/11, Re-Survey No.8/16 17, 18 situated in Pallikulam Village, Gingee Taluk, Villupuram District as per the Judgment and decree dated 26.02.2008 made in O.S. No.527 of 2008 on the file of the Court of the District Munsif Gingee and proceedings of the 2nd Respondent by its order dated 18.09.2017 made in Na.ka.A2/2753/2015 by considering the representation dated 17.02.2025.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to issue patta in the names of the petitioners for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition based on the judgment and decree dated 26.02.2008 passed in O.S.No.527 of 2008 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Gingee, and also based on the proceedings dated 18.09.2017 of the second respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner claims that based on the aforesaid judgment passed by the Civil Court, the petitioners are the owners of the subject property. They have given a representation dated 17.02.2025 seeking for issuance of patta in their names for the subject property. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioners have filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 6 to 8 in this writ petition, notice to them is dispensed with.
4. No prejudice will be caused to the official respondents, if the aforesaid representation of the petitioner is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing objections from the respondents 6 to 8 as well as any other party whom the official respondents deem fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the fifth respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2025 seeking for issuance of patta in their names for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing objections from the respondents 6 to 8 as well as any other party whom the fifth respondent deems fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 17.02.2025. No Costs.
