ORDER

(made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) Challenging the decision of the respondent to remove the bunk shop put-up by the petitioner on the road side, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. The issue involved in this writ petition is covered by the decision of this Court in WP No.7659 of 2022 etc., dated 20.04.2022, (Erode Sarvodaya Sangh vs. Commissioner, Mettur Municipality, Salem).

3. The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed in WP No.7659 of 2022. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP No.464 of 2022 is closed.
