Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records in proceedings of the Secretary, Church Board of the Arcot Lutheran Church in S/93 2010-11 dated 12.10.2011 and quash the same.

ORDER

The order under challenge in the present writ petition is an order of transfer, transferring the petitioner from Danish Mission Higher Secondary School, Tiruvannamalai to Nellikuppam.

2. By an order dated 20.01.2011, the transfer order was stayed by this Court. The petitioner was 57 years old when he had filed this writ petition and apparently, he had reached the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

age of superannuation. Hence, no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
