This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the case in Crime No.239 of 2023 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2. Heard the learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent/Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that investigation is over and charge sheet has also been filed on 28.07.2023 itself before filing of this criminal original petition.

4. In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed

having became as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
