This is a petition to condone delay in filing CRP.SR.No.70327 of 2005.

2.Though notice has been ordered long back, it seems that, the notice have so far not been served. In earlier occasion, when the case came up for hearing in the year 2006, there was no representation for the petitioner. Even today when the case is listed, no one is appeared for the petitioner.

3.Since no notice has been served, for which, no steps seems to have been taken by the petitioner and there is no representation on the side of the petitioner, it shows that, the petitioner has not shown any interest, in perusing this matter.

4.In that view of the matter, this Court is inclined to dismiss this Miscellaneous Petition and accordingly, it is dismissed. 04.10.2019 Sgl http://www.judis.nic.in
