ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to consider the objections of the petitioner dated 13.12.2021 to the temporary panel issued by the second respondent dated 19.11.2021 and accordingly direct the respondents to first prepare the seniority list in the post of BT Assistant for promotion to the post of High School Headmaster and then alone prepare the panel for promotion and effect promotions to the post of High School Headmaster.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that pending this writ petition, after consideration of the objections raised by the petitioner, a new seniority list has been published.

4. In view of the above said submission, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
