The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/appellant submitted that the matter has already been settled and the petitioner/appellant has received the entire award amount. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and made an endorsement to that effect.
2.Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is rejected at the admission stage itself.
