This application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff to receive additional documents (a) Statement of AXIS Bank (Period 01.01.2019 to 01.01.2020), (b) Statement of AXIS Bank (period 01.01.2020 to 31.01.2020) being Bank Statements issued by Axis Bank and Canara Bank as plaintiff's side documents in the above suit.

2. No representation for the respondents.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this Court is inclined to permit the applicants/plaintiff to mark the additional document as mentioned in the Judge's Summons, however, subject to proof and relevancy. Accordingly, this application is allowed.

4. Post the matter before the concerned Master, for recording evidence on 13.02.2024.
