PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to transfer the investigation in Crime No.490 of 2022, dt.14.10.2022, on the file of the respondent for offences under sections 406 & 420 IPC from the file of the respondent and entrust the investigation to other police station for further investigation.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.490 of 2022, dated 14.10.2022, for offences under sections 406 & 420 IPC, from the file of the respondent and entrust the investigation to other police station for further investigation.

2. When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, despite issuance of three summons directing the petitioner to produce the relevant documents, petitioner has not co-operated with the investigation. Therefore, investigation could not be completed.

3. In the light of the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), petitioner is directed to co-operate with the investigation and file the necessary documents that are required by the investigation officer. The respondent police is directed to complete the investigation within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file a final report before the concerned Court.

4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
