COMMON ORDER Since the issue involved in all these Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are similar in nature, they are disposed of by way of this common order.
2. These Civil Miscellaneous Appeals have been filed as against the orders passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Subordinate Court, Mettur in M.C.O.P.Nos.170 of 2004 and 41 & 78 of 2005.
3. When the matters were taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellants reported no instructions and thereby sought for adjournment.
4. However, considering the long pendency of these Civil Miscellaneous Appeals, it is evident that the learned counsel for the appellants is not interested to prosecute the matters and therefore, no useful purpose would be served in keeping these Civil Miscellaneous Appeals pending.

5. Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Appeals stand dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
