Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of certiorarified Mandamus, calling the records relating to the 1st respondent herein in Proc.No.4098/A1/2012 dated 5.4.2012 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to reinstate the petitioner back to service.

ORDER
When the matter was taken up today, Mr.R.S.Anandan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this petition relates to challenge to suspension order passed against the petitioner, however during the pendency of the writ petition, the writ petitioner has been reinstated in service and subsequently granted benefits and has since retired in November 2017. Therefore nothing survives for further adjudication, accordingly he prays for closure of the writ petition. 2.In the above circumstances, recording the submission that the relief sought for has been granted to the petitioner, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Accordingly this writ petition is closed. Consequent upon the closure of the present writ petition, the miscellaneous petitions are also closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
