Side] appearing for the 1st respondent Police would submit that the F.I.R in Crime No.667 of 2013 dated 22.08.2013 has been closed under Section 468 of Cr.P.C by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhachalam on 05.05.2017.
