ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent herein to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 07.09.2015 sent for rectifying the defects occurred during UDR Scheme in respect of the extent of his lands in SF.No.155/6 situated at Kakkadasam Village, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District in accordance with law within a stipulated period.

2. Heard, Mr.T.Vedi, the learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation of the petitioner dated 20.10.2021 and conduct enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner and the second respondent and giving them opportunity of hearing, and pass orders to rectify the defects occurred during UDR Scheme in respect of the extent of the petitioner's lands in SF.No.155/6 situated at Kakkadasam Village, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
