ORDER

The order passed in the Writ Petition was a direction to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.03.2023.

2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent produced a copy of the proceedings of the Deputy Manager, Thiruvannamalai dated 17.11.2023, whereby the petitioner's representation dated 27.03.2023 was considered and rejected.

3. As such, the disobedience alleged, cannot be termed to be willful in nature. In case the petitioner is aggrieved against the rejection order, liberty is hereby granted to him to challenge the same in the manner known to him under law.
