This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Paragraph No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26119 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. The investigation has been completed and the case is pending in C.C.No.334 of 2023 before the learned Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai, with the next hearing date fixed on 10.01.2025 i.e., today, the petitioner appeared.
