2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is completed and final report also filed.

3. Considering the fact that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.18330 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28471 of 2024 dated 21.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
