ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to cancel the anticipatory bail order passed by the learned Principal District Sessions Judge, Ariyalur in Cr.M.P.No.224 of 2014 dated 17.02.2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/defacto complainant would submit that even after registering the complaint with the respondent police, the respondents 1 to 3/accused are threatening the petitioner. Accordingly, he would seek for cancellation of the bail order granted to them. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the committal proceeding is over and it is now pending before the Court below in C.C.No.127 of 2014.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3/accused would submit that the respondents/accused undertakes before this Court that they will not disturb or threaten the petitioner in any way.

5. Heard all concerned.

6. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents/accused that they will not disturb or threaten the petitioner/defacto complainant in any manner, recording the same, this petition is closed.
