Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus calling for the entire records connected with the order of the 2nd respondent herein in B.C.D.F.G.I.S.S.S.V.No.184 of 2022 dated 17.12.2022 against the petitioner's husband, Velu, son of Desappan, aged 28 years, confined in Special sub-jail, Poonamallee and set aside the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to produce the body and person of the detenu before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. Learned counsel on both sides submit that the impugned preventive detention order has since been revoked (Advisory Board) vide proceedings dated 06.02.2023 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.648, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIII) Department.

3. In the light of the undisputed position, common submission is made that nothing survives in the captioned habeas corpus petition.
