PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, or order or direction, calling for the records of the respondent culminating in the issuance of the notice in respect of license bearing no .Na.Ka.No.488/10/R-6, dated 31.03.2012 on the file of respondent, quash the same and direct the respondent to consider the representations given by the petitioner on 03.04.2012.

O R D E R

The order impugned in the present writ petition is in connection of license, to run a shop of selling eatables and collection of empty bottles. The license is for a period between 01.12.2011 to 30.11.2012. Apparently, the license itself has expired and as such no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition challenging the license which has already lapsed.
