1. The above CMP had been ordered, by this Court, by the order dated, 04.02.2022. It is posted today for being mentioned.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that in the said order, dated, 04.02.2022, in the first paragraph, in the last line, the rank of the petitioner has been wrongly typed as "4th petitioner" instead of "2nd petitioner" and hence, the same may be corrected and fresh copies may be issued accordingly.

3. Considering the said submissions, in the order dated, 04.02.2022, made in CMP.No.947 of 2022 in AS.No.946 of 2008, in the first paragraph, in the last line, the rank of the petitioner, namely, "4th petitioner" should be replaced with "2nd petitioner". The registry is directed to issue fresh copies accordingly.
