ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent police to provide adequate police protection to the life and liberty of the petitioner and her three sisters namely Ramal @ Ramathal, Arukkal, Pannari, by considering her representation dated 30.12.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials available on record.

3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the third respondent, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.

4. It is seen that the dispute is civil in nature. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
