This application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to seize and deliver the vehicle morefully described in te Schedule available at the respondent's premises or wherever found and with whomsoever it is found and entrust the custody of the same to the applicant and permit the Advocate Commissioner to obtain Police aid and to break open the premises.

2. Heard Mr.T.Srinivasaraghavan, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms.P.V.Rajeswari, learned counsel for the respondents.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter has been settled between the parties and hence nothing survives for further adjudication.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this application is closed.
