This application has been filed for a direction to the respondents to furnish security to the tune of Rs.1,60,03,055.77 within the time fixed by this Court, failing which the Order of attachment of the properties more fully described in the Judge's summons.
2. When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that arbitration proceedings has already been initiated and the respondents are participating in the proceedings.
3. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to pass any interim Order. The applicant is at liberty to approach the learned arbitrator for any interim relief under section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
4. With the above observation, these applications are closed.
