This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police everyday at 06.30 p.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.16403 of 2022 dated 30.11.2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and there are 14 previous cases pending against the petitioner and the final report has not been filed, this Court finds no reasons to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.16403 of 2022.

Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
