J., This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court, while relaxing the condition imposed for grant of anticipatory bail vide the order dated 09.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.30625 of 2025, by an order in Crl.MP.No.492 of 2025 dated 10.02.2025, at paragraph No.3, had mentioned that there are seven previous cases against the petitioner and the same requires to be removed. Thus, he prayed for suitable directions.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, Registry is directed to issue order copy afresh forthwith, by removing the words, 'and seven previous cases pending against the petitioner' in paragraph No.3 of the order dated 10.02.2025.
