The present Writ Petition has been filed to direct the First Respondent to accept the order of the Fourth Respondent issued vide notification No.14/19/2009-DGAD dated 20th January 2011; and recommendations of the Second Respondent and impose definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of Penicillin-G from China People Republic and Mexico as per the above notification dated 20.01.2011.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled out of court and he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No cost. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
