ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.10.2021 and direct the Taluk Surveyor to survey his land and fix the boundary stone around his land comprising in Survey Nos. (1) Nos.234/13 to the extent of 8 cents (2) 234/31 to the extent of 12 cents (3) 234/50 to the extent of 22 cents (4) 235/8A to the extent of 16.00 acres (5) 235/8B (235/8B1) to the extent of 18.00 acres

(6) 235/8D to the extent of 53.05 acres (7) 235/10A to the extent of 91.00 acres (8) 235/10B to the extent of 8.50 acres https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Heard Mr.E.Kannadasan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner, counter parties and adjacent owners if any and pass orders to survey the lands comprised in Survey Nos. (1) Nos.234/13 to the extent of 8 cents (2) 234/31 to the extent of 12 cents (3) 234/50 to the extent of 22 cents (4) 235/8A to the extent of 16.00 acres (5) 235/8B (235/8B1) to the extent of 18.00 acres (6) 235/8D to the extent of 53.05 acres (7) 235/10A to the extent of 91.00 acres (8) 235/10B to the extent of 8.50 acres (9) 236/1B (236/B) to the extent of 75.00 acres (10) 312/3 to the extent of 19 cents (11) 312/7 to the extent of 118 cents

(12) 312/31 to the extent of 23 cents situated at Kavanoor Narasingapuram Village, Kavanoor, Arakkonam Taluk, Vellore District, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
