ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed as the petitioner shall report before the Uthangagarai police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 30 days in Crl.O.P.No.27158 of 2024 dated 29.10.2024 and thereby render Justice.

sai 2.Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that against the petitioner there are four other cases in all the cases he was directed to appear before the Tirupathur Taluk Police Station, Tirupathur District. 3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

4.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.7(a) imposed on the petitioner vide order in Crl.O.P.No.27158 of 2024 dated 29.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Tirupathur Taluk Police Station, Tirupathur District, everyday at 10.30 am., and shall report before the Uthangarai Police Station on the first Saturday of every month at 06.30 pm., until further orders. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
