COMMON ORDER The petitioner has filed these criminal miscellaneous petitions to modify the condition No.10(b) imposed in the orders passed by this Court dated 08.11.2024 and 19.11.2024, 08.11.2024 and 08.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.Nos.27994 & 28865 of 2024, 27960 of 2024 and 27996 of 2024 respectively.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was arrested in four different cases registered by the Vaniyambadi Town Police Station, Omerabad Police Station and Tirupathur Taluk Police Station at Tirupathur District and this Court, while granting bail to the petitioner, had directed the petitioner to appear before the respective respondents at 10.30a.m., and thereby, he finds it difficult to comply with the conditions imposed.

3. Learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner may be directed to appear before the Sub Inspector of Police, Tirupathur Taluk Police Station, Tirupathur District.

4. Heard both sides.

5.Considering the submissions made, the condition No.10(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.27994 & 28865 of 2024, 27960 of 2024 and 27996 of 2024 dated 08.11.2024

and 19.11.2024, 08.11.2024 and 08.11.2024 respectively alone are modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Sub Inspector of Police, Tirupathur Taluk Police Station, Tirupathur District, everyday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.
