This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the F.I.R. in Crime No.5 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Chidambaram, Cuddalore District and quash the same. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent/State submitted that the investigation in Crime No.5 of 2015 has been completed and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Chidambaram on 26.03.2015.

Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report. Connected M.P. is also closed.
