Respondent Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to set aside the order dated 25.01.2017 passed in Crl.MP.No.67 of 2017 in SC No.56 of 2008 pending on the file of the Hon'ble Sessions and Fast Track Mahila Judge, (FAC) Tiruvannamalai and pray this Hon'ble Court to direct the Hon'ble Mahila Judge to dispose the above case after giving an opportunity to petitioner to cross examine the witnesses and dispose the case on merits.
