This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 4(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30681 of 2024, dated 06.12.2024, that the petitioner shall stay at Salem and report before the Inspector of Police, Fairlands Police Station, everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation has been completed and final report is yet to be filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sankagiri.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 4(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30681 of 2024, dated 06.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sankagiri on 05.02.2025, thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Magistrate concerned.
