O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to expedite the investigation and file final report in Crime No.30 of 2018 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the first respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 09.07.2018, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the first respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months. 5.In view of the above, the first respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
