ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28640 of 2024 dated 15.11.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kurinchipadi, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., and shall report before the respondent Police every Saturday evening at 06.30 p.m until further orders.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Principal District Judge, Cuddalore.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in the order dated 15.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28640 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Principal District Judge, Cuddalore, on 19.02.2025 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
