ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that "The petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, everyday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.30165 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 4(b) in Crl.O.P.No.30165 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
