ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the 2nd respondent to de-seal the petitioners shop situated at D. No. 37 B1 Annai Indira Nagar, Chokkampudur Road, Selvapuram, Coimbatore after removal of seized article by considering my representations dated 08.10.2020.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the show cause notice issued by the respondent was responded by the petitioner and an inquiry was conducted. The fine amount of Rs. 25,000/- was imposed on the petitioner and the petitioner paid the fine amount.

3. Thus, the respondents are directed to verify the said facts and if there is no other impediment, de-seal the premises by following the procedures as contemplated and by imposing necessary conditions, if any. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
