Respondent(s) PRAYER:-Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for an issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned proceedings issued by the 4th respondent herein in its proceedings in Na.Ka. No. A6 / 2085 / 2025 dated 18.07.2025 and to quash the same and consequently to forbear the respondents herein from interfering with the peaceful management and administration of the property in S. No 176/1 measuring Ac 4.02 cents of Naduveerapatu Village, which absolutely belongs to the Arulmigu Kailasanathar Thirukoil of Naduveerapaty Village by the Trust committee.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned proceedings dated 18.07.2025 issued by the 4th respondent for the property more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition.
2.Under the impugned proceedings, the 4th respondent has called for a tender for beautification of the Temple pond situated in the property more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition. The petitioners claim to be the worshippers of the deity in the said Temple and therefore, they claim that since the Temple is a private Temple, the 4th respondent does not have power to beautify the Temple pond. The petitioners have given a representation dated 17.12.2025 to the respondents objecting to the beautification of the Temple pond by the 4th respondent through the invitation by a tender. 3.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the petitioners' representation is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioners representation dated 17.12.2025.
5.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 5th respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioners' representation dated 17.12.2025, seeking to forebear the 4th respondent from beautifying the Temple pond of the subject Temple after hearing the objections of the 4th respondent and any other third party whom the 5th respondent deems it
fit to enquire, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
