These petitions are filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent in the above C.M.A.No.3083 of 2014; To bring on record the respondents 3 to 5 as the legal representatives of the 1st respondent namely Y.S.Mathivanan as the respondents 3 to 5 in the above C.M.A.No.3083 of 2014.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these civil miscellaneous petitions, the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent is set aside and C.M.P.No.419 of 2021 is allowed and the Proposed respondents 3 to 5 are ordered to be brought on record as legal representative of the deceased 1st respondent as the respondents 3 to 5 in the transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition and the petition in C.M.P.No.420 of 2021 is allowed. No costs.
