This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner while suspending his sentence by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.18030 of 2023 dated 03.06.2024 in the above appeal.

2.Dr.C.E.Pratap, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instruction would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

Hence, the condition may be modified.

3.The condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the 1st working day of every English Calendar month at 10.00 a.m.
