The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in the main petition instead of mentioning the trial court name as the Principal Sessions Judge of Kancheepuram District at Chengalpat, he has mistakenly mentioned as the Principal Sessions Judge of Kancheepuram and hence the main petition has to be amended.

2. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to make necessary amendment in the main petition and also in the order passed by this Court dated 02.01.2020 and issue the order copy thereafter.

4. For surrendering the petitioner before the trial court, two weeks further time is granted.
