This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take necessary action based on the petitioner complaint dated 12.01.2014 and investigate the same in accordance with law to file final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint by post.

4. It is seen that the opposite party is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner asking her to give money for buying liquor. If there is any further harassment by the opposite party, the petitioner is given liberty to lodge a complaint inperson before J6, Thiruvanmiyur Police Station, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai-600 041 and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired and take action against the accused.
