This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para no.3 imposed on the petitioner that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 6.30 p.m., until further orders" passed in Crl.MP.No.16723 of 2024 in Crl.OP.No.25579 of 2024 dated 28.11.2024. 1/3

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly, and further, the investigation was also completed.

3. Considering the representation made by both side counsel, nature of offence, investigation was already completed, and that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
