ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint dated 08.04.2015 made by the petitioner to the respondent and pass suitable orders therefor in the nature and circumstances of the case, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that the petition enquiry was conducted and closed by the respondent police on the complaint of the petitioner dated 17.04.2015 itself.
4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
