A.No.187 of 2020 in C.S.No.343 of 2019 DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J.

This application is taken out to order payment of Rs.13,70,575/- being credited in the suit account.

2.The applicant, who is the plaintiff in C.S.No.343 of 2019 states that pursuant to the settlement arrived between the plaintiff and the defendant, a compromise decree was passed by this Court on 14.08.2019. As per the compromise decree, the plaintiff is entitled for the above said sum.

3. On perusal of the decree passed by this Court, this application is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to issue a cheque for a sum of Rs.13,70,575/- from and out of the money deposited in the suit account to the plaintiff.
