This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the FIR registered against the petitioner in Crime No.00080 of 2024 dated 26.04.2024 on the file of the 1st respondent Police, Inspector of Police, Ariyankuppam Police Station, Puducherry.

2. When the matter was listed for hearing on 06.02.2025 there was no representation for the petitioners, hence the matter was again directed to be listed on 07.03.2023 (today) under the caption ''for dismissal''. When the case was called today none represented on behalf of the petitioners and it is clear and evident that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the case.

3. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
