This Application is filed praying to permit the applicant/ decree holder to prosecute the present execution petition simultaneously with E.P.SR.No.180329 of 2025, E.P.SR.No.18330 of 2025 and E.P.SR.No.180331 of 2025 to execute the Foreign Award dated 05.07.2024 read with clarification award dated 22.08.2024 declared to be enforceable and deemed to be a decree vide judgment dated 22.09.2025 passed in Arb.O.P.(Comm.Div.) No.453 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this application, this Application is allowed as prayed for.
