Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondents.

2. Admittedly, there are various other proceedings pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thanjavur in D.V.C.No.1 of 2015. Hence, in the interest of justice as well as speedy disposal of the proceedings, both the concerned counsel have agreed to have this matter transferred to the file of learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thanjavur. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above, the case in C.C.No.39 of 2017 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Mayiladuthurai is transferred to the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Thanjavur, who shall take up the matter and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably not later than four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The criminal original petition is ordered accordingly.
